The staff was very very NICE and the balcony was a bonus. The hotel itself was lovely, the breakfast was nice. We loved the room, it was large. Walking distance to Isabella, where you can have lunch.

The staff at Carris quickly came to my rescue, contacting the taxi driver and arranging for my phone to be returned within minutes. The honesty of the taxi driver and the helpfulness of the hotel staff were truly heartwarming. Additionally, the room was clean and well-furnished, the breakfast had plenty of choices, and the hotel offered its own underground car park for convenience.
